Alpha Rehabilitation in partnership with the Kearney Family YMCA Healthy Kids Day will be offering an inclusive community triathlon titled “Team Tri” on Saturday, April the 21st of 2018.

Athletes will be able to participate in a 3 links swim at the Kearney Family YMCA, half mile bike ride to Family Orthotics and Prosthetics and back to First Presbyterian Church parking lot, and complete approximately half mile run around First Presbyterian Church grounds finishing back at the YMCA. Athletes eligible to participate include all children with or without disabilities up to 6th Grade with a parent and/or caregiver present. During the triathlon, any friends, family, or community member will be able to participate in the triathlon alongside athletes participating to spark the feeling of inclusion in the community. There will be an optional training program available before the triathlon for athletes and volunteers to participate in to realize their growing athletic potential. Our goal is for athletes to Come and Conquer!

Team Tri registration for athletes and volunteers is located below. Online registration for the triathlon closes on Saturday April. 15th. Athletes can register in-person the day of the event on Saturday April 21st, 2018 at the Kearney Family YMCA. Sign-in for athletes will begin at 8:30am and the triathlon will begin at 9am. It will conclude when the last athlete crosses the finish line!
